Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
  • Small 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts or Pecans
  • 1 cup White Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Milk (or milk alternative)
  • Salt
  • 3/4 cups Flour
  • 2 Squares Unsweetened Chocolate
  • Minatare Marshmallows
Instructions

    Melt chocolate and butter together.

    Beat eggs, sugar and milk, then add flour, soda and salt.

     Add melted butter and choc then walnuts.

    Spread on greased shallow pan and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

    Let brownies cool and sprinkle with marshmallows. (When I was a kid we didn’t have mini marshmallows so Mum used to take scissors and dip them in water and cut up large marshmallows)

Note

Drizzle the following icing over the scattered marshmallows:

1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup milk
2 squares of choc
1/2 tsp vanilla
Icing sugar to make the right consistency
