Sweet Potato Fries
Ingredients
Instructions

Soak (yellow) sweet potatoes in water for 24 hours

Slice sweet potatoes into long thick slices and brush with corn starch
3
Deep fry in canola oil
4
Drain and pat dry
5
Sprinkle with chopped scallions and sesame
6
Dip in hickory flavored ketchup
