  • 1 cup Long Grain Rice
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 can Mushrooms & Liquid
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 Heaping tablespoons Dry Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
Instructions
    Rice:

    Stir together Long Grain Rice, Water, Can of Mushrooms and Liquid, Oil, Soy Sauce, Dry Onion Soup Mix.

    Put in a Casserole With the Lid on And Bake at 350 for 45 Min.

    Add 1 Cup Frozen Peas. Put the Lid Back on and Cook for Another 15 Min.
