    Cut rhubarb in small pieces.

    Prepare pastry for 2 crust pie.

  3. 3

    Sift together flour and sugar.

  4. 4

    Add egg and beat thoroughly. 

    Add rhubarb.

  5. 5

    Line pie plate with pastry and pour in filling.

  6. 6

    Cover with top crust and bake in a very hot oven (525*F) for 10 minutes

  7. 7

    Reduce temperature to 375*F. Bake 35 minutes.

  8. 8

    Cool & enjoy!
